50 King Street, London ON

50 King Street is an elevated site overlooking the Forks of the Thames River. It was here that London’s first structure, the courthouse, was erected in 1827 in what has become known as the Forest City.

Almost 200 years later, the national historic courthouse has been incorporated into this 10-acre development "City Square" that will be comprised of retail, office and residential uses. At grade level, retail and service spaces open onto courtyards with fountains and green spaces that are connected to Ivey Park, the Thames Valley Parkway and the Thames River. The podium levels contain office space with two residential apartment towers with 800 units above.

In collaboration with City Planning and Parks, 50 King Street will become an iconic anchor assisting in the resurrection of London’s core and highlighting the importance of the Forks of the Thames in the Forest City.
