This proposed 10-storey purpose designed student apartment building contains 182 residential units facing Sarnia Road.
The design optimizes the long, narrow site, with a focus on providing an inviting, amenity packed environment for student living.
Yellow side panels give the building a fun, vibrant pop of colour and provide a bioclimatic sunshade feature helping to reduce energy costs.
