Low-rise Apartments
The new development of Silverleaf will contain low rise apartments and a mix of residential townhouses.
A boulevard access to the site will be provided with the two 6 storey apartment buildings flanking the access road with a design emphasis on the corners of the building to act as a gateway to the overall development.
These corners are emphasized with a deep rooftop overhang that protects the 6th floor amenity spaces and terraces.
