Proposed is mixed-use multi-residential development consisting of 2,000 units within 9 residential towers stepping down from 22 storeys at Wonderland Road to 14 storeys towards the rear of the 6.8 ha site.

The towers sit on four storey residential podiums where the residential units of the podium wrap and conceal the internal above grade 4 storey parking garages.

The buildings in plan are skewed at various angles providing for an organic and protected internal courtyard for the residents, while keeping the vehicular circulation at the outer edges of the site. The below grade parking is located outside the courtyard area allowing for abundant landscaping.
