The proposed development sits on a large 3.8 hectare site fronting Oxford Street West. A total of 30% of the property is given up to the Mud Creek flood lands that run east to west along the southern boundary providing extensive landscaping for the project.
The phased development totals 520 units with a 4-storey residential podium concealing above-grade parking. The flanking towers rise to 16-storeys and overlook extensive elevated outdoor terracing.
